NET i.e National Eligibility Test is conducted by Agriculture Scientist Recruitment Board Examination once in a year. 2014 Examination was already completed on 04th April 2014. Master Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University is the minimum Education Qualification. Applicants clearing the National Eligibility Test will be eligible for Lecturers or Assistant Professors in the SAUs/AUs.

Eligibility Criteria :-
  • Applicant should be an Indian Citizen.
  • Applicant must have attained the age of 21 years.
  • No Upper age limits is applicable for NET Examination.
  • Applicant should have completed Master Degree course from a recognized University or equivalent qualification..
  • Applicants are allowed to take up Five attempts for the examination.
Exam Pattern of ASRB NET :-

There will be one paper of 150 marks consisting of 150 objective type question . Each question carries one mark. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the ASRB NET.

Sir I am pursuing a three degree in poultry science and then I am planning to pursue msc in microbiology and therefore I want to know that will I be able to apply for ASRB -NET AND ARS EXAMS???
Please advice me sir

Want to ask that as ars net exam already held in December 2018. Will it again be held in April as till now we haven't got any notification regarding this exam that to be held in the month of April .plzz cnfrm
