How may I do Ph.D in Kuwait? I've completed ME in structural engineering from NIT Trichy


i have completed my ME in structural engineering from NIT trichy.I want to do Phd .i am in kuwait.is it possible to do my phd from here.kindly give ideas regarding this.

In Kuwait For Ph.d for Structural Engineering Standards you cannot do there either you can do in Dubai or any other you can do quality Ph.d. Structural Stream.
