What is the average salary of a Senior Software Engineer at HashedIn, Bangalore with 3+ years of practical experience in same field? Which are the other mid-size IT companies where I can try for jobs?

Usually in any software company, the starting job designation is System Engineer or Software Engineer.

After working for 1-2 years in this role, people will be given the designation of Senior Software Engineer.

Every company is having its own policy to give this designation to Employee.

If you joined as a Fresher in a Company and promoted to this role, you can not expect much salary. It would be below 5 lakhs.

Since you are already working in this role for 3+ years, I would suggest you get the job in new company, thereby you will get 2 benefits
