Basically, If you see the Minimum Percentage of marks is differ from Institution to Institution .

Every Institution may fix the own percentage of marks . But to get Admission for BCA Course in top College then , you have to score Minimum 60% Percentage of marks 12th standard .

So, If you score above 60% Percentage of marks then, you may get admission for BCA Course in top Colleges in India .

Apart from this Percentage of marks, you should also studied Mathematics (or) Statistics subject in 12th standard .

Because every College's may give first preference to the student who have studied Mathematics subject in 12th standard .

Most of the college didn't give preference for Arts and Commerce stream candidates. So, If you having Mathematics subject in 12th standard then, you will get First preference at the admission .

About BCA Eligibility Criteria, The candidate should Complete Qualified in 12th standard/ Equivalent qualification from recognized University .

Note:- Diploma (or) 10th standard candidates are not eligible for BCA Course.

So, If you Complete 12th standard with above 60% Percentage of marks then your eligible for BCA Course .

Dear Aspirant,

There is No any fix perticular Percentage for getting admission in BCA.....

But if you are wishing to join Top colleges then you have to score at least 60% of marks in your 12th standard.....

BCA a stands for Bachelor of Computer Application.....

To be in BCA you need at least 55% to be selected. You might have to give any entrance examination. This depends on the norms followed by the college itself. If the number of candidates are more than regular, then to shortlist candidates they might have to take a qualifying test. Also mostly in colleges you must have the mathematics subject in your 12th standard for getting into the BCA program. If you do not have, then you have to go for distance BCA offered by IGNOU. You can be from any higher secondary genre to be eligible for this. The entire course fee is Rs.4,600.

To take up any course, the minimum pass percentage expected is 50%
If you passed your 12th with 50%, you can opt for any course of your choice and eligibility.
