I think you are mentioning the rank here in an overall basis. What is your state board rank? This will matter for your getting admission in any MBBS college. Because ultimately, you are going to get admitted in a college that is in your state.So check that rank. That rank will be much smaller than this one. If your rank is within 1000, then surely you can opt for general genre MBBS. After that normally some private colleges allow candidates to go for MBBS in general genre. After around 1500 or 1600 the MBBS degree can be opted for Ayurvedic or other specializations. So check your rank and participate in the counseling procedure.

For a MBBS seat in All India Quota , you have got the optimum rank ball you need to do now is register for the MCI conducted counselling and they will allow you to choose your college according to your marks and AIR rank. I hope this helps you
