Defense policy states that to have better contacts with allies so that they can be helpful at need of time and side by side it should be in accordance with foreign policy
It states that any company which gives weapons to India should share technology with it so that it can used by India in future to build weapons itself
Nuclear deal is that America will provide technology to India which will be used in nuclear reactors..In return some nuclear plants will come under purview of IAEA
