Re: How to prepare for Bank exams?
Hi,
Preparing for a bank exam is now the buzz word. First of all you should be well aware of the topics which are going to be there in the bank exam. Usually they consist of aptitude, verbal and logical reasoning and also a numericals. All you need to do is to practice from the beginning. As you have not mentioned which bank you are applying for, I cannot fully tell you what exactly the pattern would be. You can download previous year question papers and you can prepare on them to get a hang of what will be there in the paper. Speed is what it matters questions will be easy to crack. Find below some papers which i have for the bank exam. |

Re: How to prepare for Bank exams?
Bank exams invariably consist of the following
1.Aptitude sections(maths/IQ) 2.Verbal ability sections(English -usage comprehension grammar) 3.General Knowledge. For maths section you need to have good command over 10th standard mathematics. And Practice a lot to develop a lot of speed and accuracy. R.S.Aggarwala Books for aptitude are all that is needed. In addition you also need to read magazines like Chronicle pratiyogita darpan etc. for Gk and Previous papers. Wren and martin grammar book is a must for grammar preparation. It would benefit you if you referred to CAT material and solved upto level 2 only. Further the last thing you would need to do is to solve as many mock tests within limited time as possible this would develop speed as well as accuracy as it would allow you to assess your weakness and eliminate them. For PI you need to practice well in mock interviews and mock panels.. coaching centres arrange such interviews for you. |

Re: How to prepare for Bank exams?
follow these steps:
If you are determined for a job in bank, preparations for exams must be started well in advance. If you are determined for a job in bank, preparations for exams must be started well in advance. Try to work out the questions atleast thrice, which will boost your confidence level to answer. Having decided to appear for exams of a specific bank, research about the bank, management, core business areas, branches, mission, achievements and recognitions is necessary. Apart from preparing specifically for bank exams, be attentive about up-to-date happenings by reading newspapers. Be bold in expressing your views, if given a chance –since you could be appointed the next manager! |

All BANK PO exams are consists of following sections:- 1.Logical and Reasoning ability 2.Quantitative aptitude 3.General awareness 4.English 5.Some of the PO exam also consist Computer knowledge questions. So to crack the BANK PO you have to be strong in all 5 parts.Because evry section has cutoff. You have to clear that cutoff for further process like interview and GD etc. Try to solve as many as Questions with shorcut becuase in all BANK PO exams only tricky questions are asked and you have to understand the trick to solve them easily with in few times only than you can crack the exam.
