To become an astronaut, one should have a Bachelors degree in biological sciences or an engineering or technology degree. It should be from renowned institutes like the IISc or the IITs. You need to clear the entrance exam of ISRO, DRDO etc. Information regarding the same will be available in the websites. You must also consider going for M.Tech or MS in this area.

Hello ,

You must appear for Engineering examination after completing 12th class to become Astronaut . You should choose PCM as subject combination after 10th class or Science stream to become eligible for Engineering Exam

Eligibility Astronaut course

You should have passed 10+2 exam from any recognized school .
You should have at least 50% marks in 10+2 .
You should have Physics , Chemistry , Maths as subject combination in 10+2 exam.
