NTPC offer job for fresher engineers, they look for very technical guys so prepare your technical subjects.
You must emphasis on subjects like electronics , power electronics, network analysis, control system.
As you are in 6th semester it is a good time for you to start preparing for such PSU exams as after a year when you will appear in such exams that will help you during recruitment process including written and interview.
