Remember the following things while preparing for conference presentation
1. Decide on a limited number of the significant ideas you want your colleagues to code, comprehend, and remember.

2. Minimize details (of procedure, data analysis, and literature review) when highlighting the main ideas you want to transmit.

3. State clearly in simple, jargon-free terms what the point of the research is, what you discovered, and what you think it means—its conceptual, methodological, or practical value.

4. Employ some redundancy in repeating important ideas to enhance comprehension and recall.

5. Write out your presentation as a mini-lecture (with a listening audience in mind), starting with an outline that you expand into a narrative.

6. Practice delivering it aloud in order to learn it well, to make its length fit in the time allocated.

7. Do not read your paper. Speak your ideas directly to the members referring—if necessary only—to an outline of key points and transitions.

8. Try to speak loud enough, clear enough, and with sufficient enthusiasm to hold the attention of your audience.

9. State your final conclusions and end on time.

First of all, You should have a clear idea on which topic you want to give paper presentation.
Then, you may follow some tips like this...
-Heading must be apt for your presentation topic
-You should not use words which can't understand by most.
-There should not be much matter on the slides of you paper presentation as they grab audience' attention more than your words.
-Pictures used in slides should be very attractive.
-Prepare the content to say for each slide.
-Follow nice animation techniques to increase beauty of your presentation

Apart from all these self confidence plays a very important role.

TIPS TO PREPARE FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

Some of the important points to note before preparing a papers are as follows...


-> KNOW THE AIEEE FORMAT : Any papers which you are going to create with your idea needs to be inline with AIEEE format when it is done in the paper which you write..

-> There are certain rules and regulations are followed to prepare the AIEEE format for eg. text alignment, font, size etc...

-> I have attached the AIEEE format file in this post for your reference.. check it out and try to format the paper in the same way..



-> USE PROPER WORDS AND EXPLANATION : Format your paper in a way which will be easily readable and easy to grasp the concept you are trying to explain..

-> Use proper diagrams and images to explain the concept, so that it will be easy to understand..



-> MIND THE NUMBER OF PAGES : Many think that more the number of pages more marks and credits will be given, that's absolutely wrong.. There should be minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 8-12 pages and not more than that...



-> SPEAK BOLDLY AND CONFIDENTLY : After preparing the paper, apply for the conference through the site's like http://www.symposiumz.net/ and be on time for the conference...
