Mostly gate paper is based on core subjects ,so you are perfect in your core subjects you will get good score so you will read all core textbooks and you refer gate ALLINONES and previous gate question papers you will definitely qualify your gate exam ALLTHE BEST.......... |

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. This Exam is being conducted by GATE Committee which consists of professionals from Indian Institute of Science and 7 IIMs (Indian Institute of Management).
In order to qualify in GATE Exam, you should have strong preparation towards this exam. Here are some of the guidelines to prepare for this exam. -Make a time table of yourself to complete the syllabus well in advance to the exam. -Give priority to the subjects. Finish the subjects first in which you are having strong knowledge. -Purchase GATE Questions and Answers Books from the market. Once you finish a particular chapter, try to practice variety of questions from those books. -Practice as many model question papers and previous year question papers as you can. The minimum academic qualification with which a candidate can appear for this exam is by completion of Graduation in Engineering with any of the stream. Candidates who are pursuing final year of Engineering course can also apply for this exam. You did not mention whether you are a candidate pursuing Engineering course or completed Engineering course. If you are pursuing final year of Engineering course also, you can apply for this exam. GATE score card is valid for a period of 2 years. In the sense if you appear for this exam in 2 consecutive years, you can use the GATE score card whichever is higher in order to get admission for M.Tech course. GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude test for Engineering. The GATE exam is admission for the M.tech. To Qualify for the Gate you have prepared hard and you have prepared all subjects every and work hard for the all subjects. Then you have get the good rank for the GATE exam. And get the admission for the M.tech in good college. This GATE exam conduct once in a year. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: the candidate should complete the graduation on Engineering with any stream. Candidate who are pursuing final year of Graduation course in Engineering can also apply for this exam. Candidate who are pursuing pre final year of Engineering course are not eligible to apply for this exam. There is no age criteria to appear for this exam. One can apply for this exam at any age if he fulfill the required academic criteria. There is no limit on the number of attempts for GATE exam. GATE - GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING is an entrance exam conducted by IIT for admission to M.Tech. course in IITs, NITs and BITS. and of couse job opportunities in Public Sector Undertakings on the basis of rank card of GATE.
Only Engineering Graduates can apply for GATE. There is no upper age limit for application to GATE. The final B.Tech. appearing candidate also eligible to apply for GATE. Gate is very tough and competitive so utmost care should betaken while preparing for the same. You should start your preparation for GATE after 4th semester i.e. during 3rd year of your B.Tech. studies. So that after completion of B.Tech. it will be easier for you to appear for GATE. One should strictly go by the syllabus of GATE. Most of the questions come from the B.Tech. courses so be thorough about your courses. You should make a routine of preparation and accordingly go by that. There are many useful study materials available in the market for GATE preparation so by purchasing them prepare accordingly. There are many websites to assist you in your preparation for GATE accordingly you can arrange mock test for GATE with the assistance of those related websites. |
