Mostly gate paper is based on core subjects ,so you are perfect in your core subjects you will get good score so you will read all core textbooks and you refer gate ALLINONES and previous gate question papers you will definitely qualify your gate exam

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. This Exam is being conducted by GATE Committee which consists of professionals from Indian Institute of Science and 7 IIMs (Indian Institute of Management).

GATE - GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING is an entrance exam conducted by IIT for admission to M.Tech. course in IITs, NITs and BITS. and of couse job opportunities in Public Sector Undertakings on the basis of rank card of GATE.

Only Engineering Graduates can apply for GATE. There is no upper age limit for application to GATE. The final B.Tech. appearing candidate also eligible to apply for GATE.
