I know we can appear for CPT after passing out 12 but how to register for CPC (common proficiency test course) after 10 ?

The procedure is very simple. You just need to fill up the application form of the CPT.
But you need to make sure that your class 12th results have been declared(in case of any compartment because in that case you will have to fill up a provisional form and then later on submit your result with the ICAI.
