LEET or Lateral Entry Entrance Tests is a state based entrance examination, even some colleges or universities too conduct their individual LEET. So, my friend you have to be very specific for which state are you willing to appear for?You will get direct admission to 2nd year of B.Tech if you clear the exam. Eligibility for admission to Lateral Entry B.Tech course is a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the Diloma course.

Dear friend,

LEET exam is held every year for diploma holder students for direct
admission to 2nd year or 3rd semester B.Tech/B.E. course.
The exam is held during May to July every year.
Online entrance test fee for OLET (LEET) is Rs. 500/- (non- refundable)
and shall be deposited by the candidate online in the account of
State Counseling Society. As soon as candidates registers and pays fees
he/she gets the Roll No for the examination.

Dear friend,

LEET exam is held every year for students of Final year or students who
have completed there diploma degree course with minimum 60% marks.
LEET exam is conducted by different institutions for the lateral entry
in B.Tech. or B.E. courses directly in the 2nd year.
For registration of LEET you have to go to official website of
institution conducting LEET-2011 and there you have to register yourself
and submit the required fee.
After registration you will get your roll no. and can appear for the examination.
