i saw upsc website. but how to register that website. i don't know about that?

On the page there are two columns-
1. In the left hand column you can register yourself for the online examination application,if any current form is available there.
2. In the right hand column you can register yourself for the online recruitment application.

then you will click the option for civil service two thousand.

firstly you have fill up part 1 of the form. then you have to pay 50rs in the bank.

then you can do 2 part from fill up.
