I had finished my M.e computer science in Tamilnadu
I want to apply for ph.d. How to apply ph.d in corres? Hw many years it will take to complete? In which university can i apply?

When you pursue a PhD, a lot of what you do is write papers and program computers. Your grammar and spelling are atrocious and you say you're not good at programming. I think if you want to pursue a PhD, you should first work on those two issues because I don't think you understand what a PhD is. You want us to tell you the subject that you're going to devote years of your life to?
