sir, i want to get an job in cts.what is the way to achive my goal? Can you please tell the procedure

The TCS companies select the candidate based on thier academic qualification and Skills.

Candidate should passed in Engineering or any degree of above 65% without any blogspot.

Candidate should have a technical, communication and general Skills.

CTS is an Cognizant Technological Solution.it is an software company.

you could not tell your qualification.if you are Graduate student with Science back ground.

if you want to get a job in CTS you must follow below rules
1.60% in you degree/B.Tech
2.you must learn good software language skills. those are c,java,c++.
3.you must able for clear a written exam.
written exam related to Arithmetic,reasoning,English,Computer language skills
4.and also prepare for HR interview.

The best to secure a job in IT is to complete atleast graduation in the engineering field. You must secure a first class in the same. You must certainly be thorough in the conceptual level. Also when you are in the third year prepare for the aptitude test. The sample papers are available in various site. Do prepare accordingly.

As a fresher you can get the job in CTS in two ways....


-> Campus Placement.

-> Off-Campus Placement.


-> If you are currently in 3rd year and yet to attend campus placement in final year... then CTS may come to your college for campus placement by final semester..

-> All you have to do is prepare well and attend the placement for CTS...

-> If your college doesn't have CTS campus placement then you can attend through off-campus...

If you mention the stream then it will be easier for us to suggest you..
Anyway as you want to know only about CTS, then I will tell you..
They recruit students in two ways-
1.On-campus
2.Off-campus

If you are now pursuing B.tech, then they will come to your campus for on-campus during your 8th semester..
if you have already completed the degree then you can apply for CTS through Off-campus..
you have to first appear in aptitude test, then after clearing the aptitude exam you have to go for the Interview.. where you may face technical interview first, then HR interview..
after cracking all these steps you will get selected in CTS.

You need to be having or studying a graduation degree first of all.

Consistent First Class (over 60%) in X, XII, UG and PG (if applicable)

No outstanding arrears

Candidates with degrees through correspondence/ part-time courses are not eligible to apply

Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

to get a job in cts you enrol in freshersworld,elitmus and cts website when they will recruit you will be called this company recruits in bulk so there is fair chance of getting into this ....prepare aptitude well and brush up your technical skills a little because they will ask few basics....

To achieve goal, first you should know about eligibility criteria of cts
through 60%
no backlogs
max 1 year gap
if you have above criteria , then you are eligible for cts
cts conducting on campus as well as off campus
on campus - when you in final year course(FOR -->Btech,MCA,MSC(cs))
off campuss generally in the month of september

In campus placement written test mainly consist of aptitude test
If you want to go for placement you must practice for aptitude
But the technical question helps you a lot. Because both gre and campuss placement there are techical based question

there are many option in every life, but they don't where they have to go.
If you are not selected or eligible in cts then there are many companies for you my dear.
