how should i prepare for mca entrance exam ?...please give me some tips for the same

MCA entrance exam generally covers questions on QA, reasoning, verbal ability, and general awareness. Preparation for the exam can be done with the help of reference books, reference guides, etc. Reference books containing model question papers will help one to gain an idea on the type of questions asked. Practicing questions papers of previous years is an effective method to clear the test. Dedicate minimum 1-2 hours daily for exam preparation.

Entrance exam of the MCA Syllabus will be same for all the institute which are follows:

1. Mathemaics ( 10th or 12th math )
2. General knowledge
3. General aptitude
4. English
5. Verbal or non-verbal reasoning

so these are syllabus for which you need to be do it preparation

Books reference for MCA entrance exam preparation:

1. Arihant Book for Mathematics
2. R.S aggarwal Quatitative aptitude or Reasoning
3. Upkar Publication

so these are some books from which you can do it preparation

i am doing my bsc computer science first year.i have plan to do mca after finishing my ug course.when should i have to start to for the enterance exam.in my surroundings each and every one asking me to start to prepare from second year. and some of them telling me to go to the coaching institute.so which one is right??????
