M.Sc stands for Master of Science. The duration of the course is for two years and the course is divided into four semester.

Three years Bachelor’s degree in science stream with 55% marks from a recognized University. Those candidates who belong to SC / ST / PWD Candidates are required to posses only 50% Marks at Graduate Level.

The Institution/University conducts entrance examination for M.Sc in Physics course, Pune University ,National Institute of Technology Warangal Entrance Test, Birla Institute of Technology Entrance exam, Osmania University Entrance Exam etc...

The Entrance Examination is a objective type with multiple choice. This Entrance Examination is also having negative marks for each wrong answers.
