How should I register for IPS after graduating in Bengali Hons?
i am graduate of bengali (hons) ..............how should i start?????..........
I want to I.P.S. OFFICER.........i want to register for IPS and i just d'ont have any kinds of idea about it whats formalties for this |

Minimum Educational Qualifications are:
The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. Age :- 21 years to 35 years, age relaxation for reserved candidates as per Govt guide lines i.e 3 years in upper limit for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. No. of Attempts:- 4 for General , 7 for OBC and no limit for reserved categories,PH,ex service men |

If you are a Graduate in Bengali honours then you can apply for IPS examination.
Just take care that your age is between 21 to 30 years when you are applying for it. You can apply for IPS exam by visiting the official UPSC website http://www.upsconline.nic.in There is age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST , 3 years for OBC category. The exam is known as Civil Services examination through which you can become IPS officer. So you can apply for Civil Services examination when the notifications are announced in the Employment news and UPSC official website. The examination pattern for UPSC Civil Services exam is given below: -Civil Services Aptitude Test -Civil Services Mains Exam -Interview Those who get in merit list after above examination will stand an chance of getting selected as IPS officer. Pls clear the syllabus for ias and ips.... I am graduated of Bengali honours...how i choose my subject.... Which subject can i choose?how many subjects are include in the preliminary, mains, exam??which subject, and how many subject are allow for this exam??
