I got 82% in class 10th cbse and 67%in class 12th 2020 next how should I do studies in btech to get a software jobs?

Follow these steps. I am sure you will easily get software jobs

1. Clear your basic concepts of Algorithms and Data structures.
2. Study about advanced concepts such as new types of data structures and their use in real programming languages (which you might not find in regular books).
3. Practice your concepts on coding platforms and improve upon them by joining coding competitions.
4. Prepare good semester projects which you can showcase in your resume.

Also, don't forget to complete your B.Tech course work to get a good score
