How to study B.E after passing 3 years in computer science and engineering?


my son passed three year (6th semister) in computer science & engineering. I want him to study B.E. what are the procedure to get B.E.admission for diploma holders.please reply to E.mail address. thank you.

The diploma course will be valid only if it is from a recognised institute. Your son is eligible to opt for the lateral entry scheme. He must appear for the various LEET exams by which he can join the second year of engineering directly. So he will save one year by this. There are some institutes like IIT, BIT's which donot offer lateral entry. For such institutes he will have to appear for the regular engineering entrance exam. He will be able to join for the course only in 2013 since the dates of most of the exams have passed by.
