How are subject toppers declared in Intermediate?

I secured (among five other students) the highest score in Economics in HSC. My other subjects had average scores. Do I still be called a subject topper or is there a ranking done based on higher scores in rest of the subjects?

Default Re: How are subject toppers declared in Intermediate?

Toppers are declared on the basis of marks scored in all the subject and also highest in subjects. For example, you scored 98% in your 12th board and scored 100 in economics. Then, you will be declared a topper in economics and in 12th board. Another example, you scored 100 in economics but is only passed in other subjects. You will not be a topper of economics in that case.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
