if i take admsn in bds this year,can i change to
mbbs next year, if i got qualified through neet ug
wid a good rank nxt year

You can take admission in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery if you qualify in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test next year. But due to this, you will have to get a loss of one complete academic year.

Eligibility criteria for NEET:

1. 10+2 passed or appearing from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You should have at least 50% marks in board exam.

2. The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years. Your age should be within it.

Application forms for NEET 2017 will come in December, 2016.

For your kind information there is no way to join the MBBS, if you are pursuing BDS course. You will have to quit the course and lose your one year. If you crack the NEET ( National Eligibility and Entrance Test). For the NEET ( National Eligibility and Entrance Test) you should have 12th pass or appearing 12th from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You age should not more that 25 years. You should have good communication skill.
