You can join Indian Air Force through different modes depending upon your qualification. Basically there are three ways to join Indian Air Force:

NDA Examination
Combined Defense Service Examination
Air Force Common Admission Test

• If you are an undergraduate and have passed +2 level of examination with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects, you can write NDA Exam and join the Air Force wing of the National Defense Academy for necessary training.
  The age limit to write the NDA Exam is within 16.5 to 19 years.
  
• If you are a graduate and have studied Physics and Mathematics in the higher secondary level, you can write Combined Defense Service Exam in order to join the Air Force Academy for necessary training after completion of which, you will be eligible to join the Flying Branch of Indian Air Force. The minimum eligible age to apply for the same is 19 years and the maximum age limit is 23 years.
  
• In order to join the Technical Branch, Administrative as well as Logistics, Accounts Branch etc, you will have to qualify Air Force Common Admission Test. For each branches, the eligibility criteria varies. If you posses a bachelors degree in non-technical discipline and have scored a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination, you may apply for Administrative Branch, Logistics and Accounts Branch. In order to join the Technical Branch, you must hold a bachelors degree in engineering and must have scored a minimum of 60% in the qualifying examination.

How to take admission in Indian Air Force?
I have pssed SSCexam in march 2009 with 82%. After 10th I have also compleated my deploma in electronics & telecom wits 75% in summer 2012.For joining indian air force wich exams that i should give.

To join airforce you can either give the NDA entrance exam or the CDS entrance exam.

NDA exam eligibility criteria:-

You should be minimum 12 pass out
age limit-16.5-19 yrs
you should be an unmarried citizen of india

Exam pattern:-
paper i is mathematics of 300 marks
paper ii is the general ability divided into two parts:-
part A is english of 200 marks
part B is general knowledge of 400 marks
so total 900 marks

Then there is the interview session which will yield you more marks

CDS entrance exam:-

1. For Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent

2. For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering

3. For Air Force Academy: Degree of a Recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering.

Syllabus for CDS:- general english, general knowledge and elementary maths.

4. Citizen of India.

3. For Air Force Academy: Degree of recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bhechelor of Engineering
