I have completed 12th with 58% from Science. I want to do BCA. What should I do now? Which form should I fill for taking admission in top 20 BCA colleges? Any entrance exam is there?

To take admission in BCA you have to give entrance exam of that particular college/Institution that provides BCA course.
You need to fill application form for that College/ Institution.
Yes, you need to give entrance exam & qualify it.

THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS EITHER YOU CAN JOIN IN GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OR IN PRIVATE COLLEGE . IN BOTH THE CASES IF YOU WANT TO JOIN BEST COLLEGE IN INDIA THEN YOU NEED TO CRACK THE ENTRANCE EXAMS LIKE

1)KIITEE BCA(KALINGA INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY)
2)LUCSAT BCA (LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY)
3)IPU CET
4)SET etc

*Before that spirant need to satisfy the eligibility criteria primarily to appear for the entrance exam
