How to take transfer in another government college having already allotted one college?
I have passed my Diploma this year and I applied for B.Tech in one of the government colleges. I have been allotted the a seat in one of the colleges however, I want to change the college now. Is it possible? If yes, how should I do that?

To take transfer from one government college to another college before start of the course, you need to participate in the second round of counselling process. If you don't get a seat in the desired college in the second round of counselling process, then you have to join in the finally allotted college for pursuing B.Tech course.
