I want sports plus engineering college I already have completed my 1st year. I want to transfer my college to sports plus engineering college

Yes, you can change your college after first year, but there are some conditions you need to satisfy.

1 you need to get noc of both college, i.e you studying and the college u want to be in.

2. you should be all clear.

3. you need to get conformation letter that you can get transfer to other college by dte of the reigional area.
