I completed my B.Ed from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad. Now this college has been closed permanently. I wanted my migration certificate but since college is closed so how can I apply for migration certificate?

Migration certificate is provided by the concerned university and you now have to contact the university for such documents. If college is closed then it doesn't mean your documents will not be provided. Just contact the affiliated university which offered you the B.Ed degree.

The name of the university will be mentioned in your mark sheet along with the college name. You can get any documents related to your qualifications from the said University.
