i am an ECE student 2nd year. Out of 6 subjects in this semester i hate 2 subjects DATA STRUCTURES AND ALGORITHMS AND OPERATING SYSTEM. I am trying hard but still i think that i will get a re-appear in both subjects.. So, i just want to know that if that happen , then will it create problem for me during placement even if my percentage is above 60%...???

In case you flunk in one of those subjects. Keep it a point to clear them before you go to face interviews. Sometimes, if you are lucky enough companies like CTS, TCS etc do allow 2 standing arrears. During the campus it does not matter if you previously had an arrear but to the best you should have cleared it.

yes the backlogs will definately affect the placements. Due to backlogs you miss the oppertunities getting job in good companies.

It is easy to learn and pass in data structures and operating system subjects even you are ECE student.

Please check the previous question papers and what questions they are asking.

in data structure they are mainly asking about queues, stacks , linked list and trees.
