If I get 100 out of 240 can I get any college in manipal exam? Can I get counseling letter for admission?

sir please tell me can i get through manipal medical entrance of 2012 after scoring 100 out 0f 240, this is the last hope of mine,im not getting any selection.....please sir reply its rely important fr me....just clear this doubt,or if i dont get mbbs can i get BDS on this score????
