you can get notes of political science and history in Hindi medium, but for that you have to contact with either professor of any college or you have to contact with any students of above two subjects.

if you want to prepare UPSC then i will say that you should go to Delhi , and contact with director of any IAS coaching.he can give you notes by taking some fees.

You can find the relevant notes of pol sci and history in hindi medium from professor of banaras hindu university or any other students belonging to this department from any oter university.
the best place for this subject will be delhi because of so many students pursuing theirs masters from delhi university in hindi medium .
