you can apply for the KAS (karnataka public service commission ) by filling in the form online or offline from the site http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/
the eligibility to apply in the KAS entrance exam is that one should be a minimum of graduate or must have an equivalent degree
the age limit is 21 to 30 years
there is upper age relaxation for the OBC,STand SC
