I am CA Final Student. My Final exam will due on November, 2020. I took admission in IGNOU for pursuing Graduation in B.Com AF. IGNOU exam will be on DEC-2019. As per the MOU of ICAI with IGNOU I will get B.Com degree only after completing 3 years of Articleship i.e on and after MARCH, 2021. If I passed my One time B.Com exam in DECEMBER, 2019 then will I be eligible for appearing in CAT-2020 session?

CAT refers to Common Admission Test and to be eligible for appearing in the same examination, the minimum education required is a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Marks relaxation of 5% is allowed for candidates belonging to SC/ST or PH category candidates. Students pursuing final year of their degree course are also eligible.

So, being a final year student of B.Com degree course , you are eligible for appearing in CAT 2020.
