hi! i am karthi. i have 62% in b.e/e.c.e .i want to study Radio Frequency engg course. But nobody conduct this course in chennai for my vision. do you have any idea about this course, plz tell me. i would like thank to you

There are many institutes in Delhi itself which will offer you to take the Radio frequency engineering course.
Some of the well known institutes are

Cluster Telecom
TNS Institute f=of Information Technology
Teleman Institute of Wireless Technologies

You can get the course also in some of the IITs.

By the way its a good post graduation course and its quite famous nowadays so you can go for it
