For AIRMEN eligibility is:
-10th pass.

Written exam:
-GENERAL AWARENESS
-ENGLISH
-REASONING
-APTITUDE

If you get Shortlisted then other phase is INTERVIEW.

After joining as AIRMEN.
-9 month training
-Stipend Rs.8000-11000 per month.
-Accomodation and fooding provided by AIR FORCE.
