Sir, I have not cleared 12th Board exams but graduated from Open University. Can I still apply for UPSC examination? If not, then what should I do to become eligible? Can't I apply on the basis of Graduation?

The eligibility criteria required to apply for UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) examination is Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidate age must lie between 21 to 32 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidate.
