Sorry but JIPMER papers are not available for free online for download. But its always recommended to study from books rather than in front of PC.

So i recommend you to buy the books which i mention below

1)Jipmer Medical Entrance Exam Solved Papers
2)Oswaal Chapter-Wise Solutions of JIPMER Pondicherry Medical Entrance Examination

These books are enough actually for JIPMER but to improve your chances also do problems of AIPMT level or AIIMS level. As difficulty prepares you for the easier stuff.

Ans. No the exam is not difficult, it is just different! You need to dwell on the NCERT syllabus, but in greater detail. Moreover, the NCERT text is overall insufficient. Here are the other books you need

Physics: Resnick Halliday (Main book), HC Verma
Chemistry: Arihant Organic Chem, OP Tandon
Biology: Trueman's Elementary Biology by Bhatia & Tyagi
