Your questions is not clear. JObs available in Indian Army...
Indian Army itself is a job (very prestigious, respectable and dignity). Yes you can join Indian Army after your BE.
There is special entry for engineering students.
Also you can apply the following exams :
1. CDS
2. UES
3. SSC.

You can't join Any Entry being in 3rd year, To become a part of Indian Army lets see what are the best possible way to join Indian Army

You can apply for ample of Exams and Direct Entries.

One Exam is conducted by upsc which is CDSE , But this Exam you need to Give at the Time of your Final year. Because Eligibility For UPSC CDSE Exam is :- a guy with Graduation / Degree .Prefinal year guys can't give CDSE Exam.

Even One more Exam Not exactly Exam its a Direct Entry mode which is SSC Technical Men in which you will face Direct SSB in one of the SSB Centre .

For Eligibility You need to be Final Year.

But Only One mode you can Apply for i.e UES university Entry scheme, You can apply for this mode at this Time i.e at Pre final year Time.

Notification For UES comes august End Or september First week, Keep tracking Employment News For the same at that period of time. You will face pre ssb first if you clear this you will face ssb at the ssb centres..

]--the minimum eligibility for army selection is ..
--you should be 12th pass....ie. should be at-least 17yrs old.....
--so try for it when you cross 17th or your 12th standard board exams....

1)join it as an sipahi after completing your 10th.
2) write the NDA exam after 12th and can become an officer .
3) write the CDS exam after completing your diploma or degree.

according to me you cannot get the job in the Indian Army until and unless you pass the B tech with the minimum of the 60% of the marks in the B. tech and after that you can apply to the Indian Army through the SSB, UES, CDS exams ........

if you are a BTech 3rd year student then there are several examination which you can write to get into the Indian Army....you may write the exams like CDS and UES....also you can try for Technical entry to Army...if you have NCC C certificate then you can also try the C certificate entry...log into www.joinindianarmy.nic.in for details....

You can enter through UES or TGS.Visit the official website for details.There is a vacancy for indian army for B.Tech.Last date is december 12th or 15th.Check freshersworld.com or in employment news ...you can apply for this exam through CDS exam,conducted by UPSC every year.you can also join IMA through Technical Graduate Course. The duration of training is 1 year. You should look for the advertisement published in leading newspapers/employment news in Apr/Nov every year.Short listed candidates will be directly called for SSB Interview. Candidates recommended by SSB will have to undergo a medical exam.
