I m 32 years old BSc Graduate. now woking as a Asst. Manager in Pvt Compny and intersted to join in Indan Army/Nevy/ AirForce. Sir could u let me know is it possible.

Sorry sir its not possible to join because the eligibility criteria is from 19-22 yrs of age.

As your age 32 year old,if you are beloge to any catagory like OBC,Sc etc than maximum age limit is 28 year.your age is exeed,sorry it is not possible for you to join defense.

Yes you can appear for CDS examination,the age limit for general candidates is 23 years,and there is a relaxation of upto five years for sc/st candidates.

the maximum age limit is 23 years.since your date of birth is 25/11/1984.and hence you are eligible for it.

As you don't comply with the maximum allowed age limit you are not eligible for air force. For further info. you can visit the official website of Air Force india.

its upto you to go in any of the three...all you have to do is to give the nda entrance exam for that without it itwont be possible to enter in it........

You can also join defence services after your master degree programs in there logistic as well as educational cadre.

23 year age limit is for general category ....as said by faiyaz ....so you can apply and can write in cds

Hey !! You are still eligible for Territorial army, You can join upto the age of 42....Of course there are a few requirements, however it is still possible...Don't loose hope.

because the upper age to write CDSE is 23 years ,and you are of 32 years ,
so not possible.

try to continue with your present job.

Territorial army is a different thing,it is specially for police or voluntre retired person person of IB etc.

Its tougher to get in.

Sorry you can not go in indian army.......

you can keep your job and join territorial army whose maximum age limit is 40 years provided you are medically fit......you have to serve just 1-2 months every year, you will get the rank and salary for service rendered
you may be permanently absorbed subject to some conditions and in time of emergency you may be called to serve any-time at any-place.

Guys, One or two "sorry, you cannot" should suffice. One can see the obvious glee in the negative answers! The person who asked is probably a patriot and wants to join the armed forces. India is "lucky" in that it is overpopulated and the armed forces provide a safe, secure job and living condition, therefore, making it an all volunteer armed forces. "Lucky" because, unlike the Koreas or Switzerland and the USA your sorry asses are not conscripted. So behave and dont "sorry dear" the person.

You cant join because you cannot write "please" other than that it depends on your age and physical fitness. And therein lies a catch for all you happy folks who think you have the age and time to join. Physical fitness checks are very stringent. Specially for aviation. You cannot join flying duties if your eyes are even a little mis-aligned or not 20/20. A lot of people have heart murmer, slight to mild hearing loss, color blindness, piles, diabetes and other very slightly noticable abnormalities of one system/organ or the other. If you are rejected for one of these causes you are given time to fix the problem if it can be fixed in the alloted time, you can join up. If it cannot, you can still count yourself as one among the lucky for knowing that you have a dangerous health issue on time.

You do not "join to" the Indian Army. You "Join" the Indian Army.

If your age is in between 16 to 19 years then
you can sit for NDA (national defense academy).
During doing B.Tech while in 3rd year
you can apply for UES(university entry scheme).
this exams are conducted by UPSC.
