Is KSOU a legal university?
Dear Sir, my name is Aniruddha Bhattacharyya. I have passed B.Tech from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) in the year (2011-2014). Is my degree is valid? Is this university recognized by UGC and approved by DEC?

Re: Is KSOU a legal university?
KSOU (Karnataka State Open University)'s case is still pending in High Court. It is not certain whether university will offer valid degree/certificates to passed students from this university or not.
Until the matter is not cleared from the high court, there is very less possibility that valid degrees will be given. UGC has not approved any programmes offered by KSOU. |

Re: Is KSOU a legal university?
KSOU stands for Karnataka State Open University.
Karnataka State Open University is not said legal right now, because there is a case charged on this university, which is still pending in High Court. Due to this case, not any degrees are valid from this university right now. This university is not approved by UGC(university Grants Commission). |
