I'm studying in class 8 and want to know the last date to fill the CHS form and how should I proceed? Please, tell me the dates asap.

CHS is Central Hindu School situated in Varanasi.

The online application for class 9 in CHS generally came in month of March. In 2017 application began from 17 march and last date for application was 17 april.
So, candidate have to wait till march 2018 for new application.

CHS refers to Central Hindu School and same is a CBSE affiliated school which is managed by BHU ( Banaras Hindu University ).

As far as you are concerned about the application form for SET ( School Entrance Test ) admission in Class 9th of CHS then I would like to let you know that there is no official notification yet for next SET i.e; SET 2018.

But based on the previous year trends you can expect the application form for SET 2018 to be made available by the March 2018 and with the examination to be held in May 2018.
