I am a B.Sc Information Technology student. Whether I can get admission to do MCA without any entrance? or, entrance is compulsory? If yes, then which all entrance are there for MCA?

There are many institutes in which you can get admission into MCA course without qualifying entrance exam. They grant admission on the basis of your graduation course.

However, in those institutes you will get admission through Management Quota which will cost you little higher in fees in comparison to regular mode.
