Hi, I am a Railway employee and I wants to do a part time or correspondence Polytechnic Diploma course through lateral entry route. So, could you please tell me about such colleges in Bihar. And, will I be able to apply for Railway Junior Engineer (JE) post after Polytechnic Diploma?

Age limit:-
a)General:-18 Years to 33 Years
b)OBC:- 18 Years to 36 Years
c)SC/ST:- 18 Years 38 Years
Educational qualification for JE :-
An applicant must have three years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile / Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Control/ Tools & Machining/ Tools & Die Making/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a Recognized University/Institute
