I had listed below some of the top colleges in India offering Genetic Engineering in India.
Also, Mathematics is not compulsory to pursue Genetic Engineering in India. If you have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, then also you are eligible for pursuing Genetic Engineering.

I am posting some colleges which is offering B.Tech in genetic engineering:
(1)Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. (2)Indian Institute of Science, (IISc), Bangalore. (3)Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. (4)Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. (5)All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. (6)Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. One should had to clear JEE MAINS and ADVANCED examination to get into these deemed universities of India. Thus, these are the top most universities of India, thus one can expect a good future in theer respective field from these universities. |
