Presently the application process for NTPC Executive Trainee examination

is on and last date overs in 2 days i.e. 8th of March.

In NTPC ET recruitment exam there are four disciplines;

Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Control & Instrumentation Engineering

Electronics Engineering students may apply for Control & Instrumentation Engineering
discipline.

The notifications for all PSUs exams are published in Employment news weekly

and national dailies.

The other PSUs in which you can apply are;

ONGC
Power Grid
BHEL
ISRO
DRDO.

there are so many government sector which recruit electronics and communication engineering students. but there competition is very high as most of the student want to join in government sector.

but you may try for it. some of the government sector which recruit ECE students are

After completing Electronics and Communication Engineering you can apply for jobs in State and Central Government departments.
If you are interested in jobs in State Government Department, just apply for State Public Service Commission Examination.
