I am a student of electrical engineering ...and my GATE 2013 score is 32.... which colleges shud i apply for??? plz help me out..

hello am an AMIE final semaster computer science and engg: student, i have no valid gate score, what can i do for doing mtech.....???

I m a student of electrical engineering with a gate score of 327 in gate 2014..
Which colleges can i apply?
