List of universities offering PhD in Economics and their admission criteria and application procedure?


I have completed my B.Com and MBA in Finance and Human Resource. And, also completed MA in Economics and scored 68%. Now, am I eligible to study PhD in Economics? If yes, then which university would be best and what is the admission criteria and application procedure?
