Was Maharshi Dayanand University approved by NCTE in the year 1989?
Hi, I had completed my B.Ed via distance mode of education in the year 1989 from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Was this university recognized by UGC and approved by NCTE in the year 1989 for offering B.Ed course? Is my degree valid?
