Is Mathematics compulsory to apply in the IITs?


Sir, I have studied Mathematics till 10th class and in Intermediate I have no Mathematics. But in degree I have Chemistry. So, am I eligible to apply for B.Tech in IITs?

First of all to give the JEE exam you should have PCM as your core subjects in class 12th.
The exam is totally based on the PCM of class 11th and 12th but with a very advanced level. So, if you have not taken mathematics in your class 12th then you cannot get admission in class 12th.
