what is the max. rank for generals in upsee for getting the topmost batch in hbti?

if you want getting topmost batch in HBTI then your rank in upsee is under 500

To secure a seat in best branch in HBTI with full assurity and no uncertainity you must get rank 350-400.
If you get this rank you will definitely your desired branch in HBTI.
